💼 About This Role

You'll join the loudest store in the mall as a music and pop culture fanatic, creating the best customer experience. You'll ensure fans get the merch they love by sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking products, and merchandise the store. You'll also process sales transactions and drive add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage returns.
• Cover sales floor zone and ensure visual standards.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and store map updates.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to navigate the store and merchandise product.
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
