You'll join dLocal's Customer Success team to handle alarms, outages, and issues for our payment platform in emerging markets. You'll ensure SLAs are met and optimize processes to improve customer experience. This hybrid role based in Shenzhen offers international career growth with a global team.

• Generate reports and monitor industry metrics.
• Identify anomalies and prevent escalation.
• Troubleshoot and adjust to ensure operations.
• Manage tickets and follow up on issues.

• Availability to work weekends.
• Advanced/Fluent English.
• Experience in payments or tech industry.
