You'll design and deploy AI agents that integrate with SAP systems for enterprise customer service. Your work will power meaningful customer exchanges for global brands like Booking.com and Allianz. This role combines LLM-driven conversation design with hands-on SAP integration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scope and implement AI agent deployments in SAP environments
• Design prompts and conversational flows for reliable agent behavior
• Build integrations with SAP systems via APIs and integration platforms
• Validate agent behavior, quality, and performance under real-world conditions

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles with AI agent development
• Exposure to SAP AI Core or similar SAP AI extensions
• Demonstrable SAP integration experience in live delivery contexts
• Strong prompt engineering and LLM workflow design skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP system integrators in delivery roles
• Familiarity with cloud landing zones (e.g., Azure), Kubernetes, or TypeScript/Node.js
• Git-based collaboration and CI/CD exposure
