💼 About This Role

You'll lead training programs and mentor veterinary assistants and technicians at a fast-paced ER hospital. You'll drive skill development through hands-on coaching and strategic training initiatives that build careers in emergency medicine.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with leadership to identify training needs
  • Assess staff through direct observation and real-time immersion
  • Implement VEG training programs as hospital training lead
  • Develop training content like presentations and simulations

📋 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Credentialed as a veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) in the state
  • High level of knowledge and skill in emergency medicine
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

✨ Nice to Have

  • Associate's degree or higher in veterinary technology from an AVMA accredited program
  • VTS in ECC, internal medicine, or anesthesia/analgesia
  • Previous training experience
