Description

You will build and develop Anthropic's ecosystem of AI-native boutiques, specialist SIs, and consultancies to accelerate Claude adoption and drive market share in the UK and North Europe. You'll manage partner portfolios, enable partners, and collaborate with sales and Applied AI teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years developing services partners in AI, data, or enterprise software
• Track record building channel motions from early stage
• Experience with boutique consultancies and SIs
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environment
• Willing and able to travel throughout the region

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Anthropic Alliances to the UK/NEU emerging boutique partner ecosystem
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential AI implementation partners
• Drive joint business planning and active pipeline development with partners
• Provide and coordinate sales and technical enablement for partners
• Monitor market trends and report partner value to internal teams
