💼 About This Role

You'll plan and execute paid search strategies focused on Google, YouTube, Bing, and emerging AI platforms like Koah and Kontext. You'll drive measurable impact by scaling ad accounts and optimizing for key performance metrics. This fully remote role reports to the Managing Director and offers hands-on experience with high-growth consumer brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage 6-10 paid search accounts with monthly spends up to $3M
• Conduct brand and website audits to identify growth opportunities
• Develop innovative paid search strategies blending traditional and AI search
• Optimize campaigns daily based on performance data and market trends

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of paid search advertising experience
• Proven track record scaling ad accounts to $1M+ monthly spend
• Expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Strong client relationship management skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with emerging AI search platforms (Koah, Kontext, Perplexity)
• Knowledge of full-funnel e-commerce marketing
• Familiarity with creative strategy and A/B testing
