You'll manage 6-8 customer implementations, configuring accounts with product best practices and improving processes for speed and efficiency. You'll proactively identify growth opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve escalations. This role offers exposure to real estate investment software at a platform powering over $10 trillion in transactions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage 6-8 concurrent implementations for new customers
• Configure Dealpath accounts following industry best practices
• Refine implementation processes to boost speed and efficiency
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3-5 years of implementation, customer success, or project management experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, or other SaaS tools
• Commercial Real Estate background
