You'll lead sustainment operations for deployed radar and mission systems at a fast-growing defense tech company. Your work will ensure fleet operational readiness and drive depot repair, lifecycle support, and cross-functional coordination.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead depot and repair operations
• Own repair throughput, turnaround time, and fleet readiness metrics
• Drive field-failure investigations and corrective action coordination
• Develop spares, obsolescence, and lifecycle support strategies
• Stand up sustainment SOPs, workflows, and reporting infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in sustainment, depot operations, or repair operations
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Experience supporting complex aerospace, defense, RF, or electronics hardware
• Strong operational leadership capability in high-tempo environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting deployed defense systems
• Familiarity with FRACAS, serialized tracking, and depot repair workflows
• Experience scaling sustainment organizations
