🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise packaging leads and agents across multiple packaging lines
• Set daily staffing plans and allocate labor based on production needs
• Monitor throughput, efficiency, and labor utilization in real time
• Ensure accurate execution of batch records and production documentation

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing or CPG
• Proven team management and operational performance experience
• Strong compliance and quality standards understanding
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 with assistance)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with METRC or Canix systems
• Knowledge of GMP standards
• Experience in cannabis industry
