You'll design the operational systems for Postman's global partner ecosystem, working with the Head of Field Operations and Head of Worldwide Partnerships. Your work will directly enable partner engagement and revenue growth by building scalable partner infrastructure and data-driven attribution models. This role is central to Postman's investment in partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead implementation of partner technology platforms and PRM systems.
• Design scalable processes for partner onboarding and deal registration.
• Build partner attribution models for sourced and influenced revenue.
• Develop reporting frameworks for partner ecosystem performance.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Partner Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
• Experience supporting reseller or technology alliance partner ecosystems.
• Familiarity with PRM platforms and partner portal implementation.
• Experience designing partner attribution models for pipeline tracking.
