Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven experience in garage door installation or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction industry and installation processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• At least 2 years' experience in garage door installation or similar role

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans for garage door installations including timelines and resources
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members
• Oversee installation quality and safety compliance
• Coordinate material procurement and inventory management
