• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather HR process requirements
• Design and configure Succession and Development module
• Manage end-to-end implementation including testing and deployment
• Prepare functional and technical documentation

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development module
• Strong understanding of HR processes and talent management workflows
• Ability to perform both functional analysis and technical configuration
• Hands-on experience in creating technical designs and implementing changes

• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Succession and Development
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with other HR systems
