Description

You will own technical strategy for high-stakes, large-enterprise deals, architect solutions, and drive technical wins. You'll collaborate with sales, prototype innovations, and mentor peers while mastering Klaviyo's platform at a molecular level.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales with 3+ years on complex enterprise deals
• 5+ years with modern development stacks (Python, JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs, SQL)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Codex, Claude Code)
• Strong domain knowledge in marketing technology, CDPs, AI personalization, eCommerce

Responsibilities

• Lead technical win in complex enterprise deals (6-7 figures)
• Conduct advanced technical discovery and architect solutions
• Execute Proof of Value plans to achieve technical selection
• Partner with AEs on deal strategy and competitive positioning
• Prototype solutions and contribute to product roadmap via customer engagements
