💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end program management for AI transformation initiatives, partnering with the Office of the CFO to drive adoption and measurable ROI. You'll govern portfolio-level execution, manage change strategies, and ensure our investments translate into workforce and business outcomes. This role uniquely blends program strategy, change architecture, and delivery leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end program delivery for AI and transformation initiatives
• Define and operate PMO governance frameworks and reporting cadences
• Design and execute change management strategies for AI adoption
• Quantify and track initiative impact across financial and operational metrics

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in program management, organizational transformation, or change management
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Demonstrated PMO discipline: portfolio governance, risk management, executive reporting
• Direct experience partnering with Finance (FP&A) and fluency in planning cycles

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leading AI adoption programs
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan or similar connected planning platforms
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification
