💼 About This Role

You'll join ABM's team to perform preventive and reactive maintenance on equipment and facilities. You'll handle repairs in carpentry, drywall, painting, and paver installation while supporting event setups and holiday decorations. This role offers stable full-time hours in a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on conveyors, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Complete carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and paver installation tasks
• Support event setup, teardown, and holiday decor installation
• Operate aerial boom equipment safely for high-reach tasks

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry, painting, or aerial boom operation
• Proven ability to operate aerial boom equipment safely
• Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy materials
