💼 About This Role

You'll design and deliver Flare-wide programs to retain and grow customer value for a leading benefits and onboarding SaaS company. You'll drive strategy across Customer Success, onboarding, and support to maximize product penetration and long-term growth. This role offers the chance to lead a cross-functional team and influence senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and execute Customer Success strategy for retention and growth
  • Develop Customer Success Playbook with QBR frameworks and dashboards
  • Lead Customer Support operations for efficiency and accountability
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize customer-impacting items

📋 Requirements

  • Customer Success leadership in B2B SaaS startup or scale-up
  • Proven track record of retention and expansion
  • Team building and development experience including Support
  • Stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing

  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking capability
  • Excellent communication skills for customer and internal narratives
  • Familiarity with modern sales, CS, and support technologies
