Description

You will oversee multiple interconnected web projects and drive complex web initiatives that align with organizational objectives. You'll combine advanced program management expertise with strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team leadership to deliver high-impact programs, bringing structure and best practices to the web organization.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a digital agency and/or internal web department where high-quality results are required
• Ability to collaborate across time zones, with working hours in Pacific time zone
• Experience interfacing with executives and senior leadership to align on priorities
• Experience orchestrating cross-functional teams including Creative, IT, PMM, Campaigns, and front-end development
• Experience documenting website development processes and scaling best practices

Responsibilities

• Own all phases of complex, cross-functional web programs from inbound ticket management to delivery
• Develop holistic program plans including business requirements, technical specifications, schedules, funding, and resource plans
• Track milestones, tasks, and deliverables; provide status updates to stakeholders and executives; proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and delivery quality
• Serve as strategic bridge between vision and tactical execution, translating business objectives into actionable program roadmaps
