You'll support day-to-day management of large institutional client relationships at the leading estate planning platform. You'll coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Legal to triage requests and ensure seamless client experiences. This role offers exposure to senior account leadership and cross-functional execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and track deliverables
• Coordinate internal teams to triage and resolve client needs
• Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-ups
• Track initiatives and timelines across client coverage

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in client services or administrative operations
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Comfort with internal systems and learning new technology
• Excellent communication and cross-functional skills

• Experience in financial services or wealth management
• Familiarity with CRM or project management tools
• Prior experience supporting institutional clients
