You'll lead a team of full-stack engineers in building an AI-powered wealth management platform that unifies investments, taxes, retirement, and estate planning. As a player-coach, you'll ship production code while mentoring 4-8 engineers and owning delivery cadence and technical quality. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 4-8 full-stack engineers.
• Write production code and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Own team's delivery end-to-end, scoping projects and removing blockers.
• Partner with product managers and designers to translate needs into roadmaps.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• 1-2 years leading a team.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
