💼 About This Role

You'll build compliance frameworks for a digital gaming platform entering the Canadian market. Your work enables regulatory alignment and risk mitigation across product, marketing, and operations. This role offers high ownership as the first dedicated compliance hire in the region.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Interpret Canadian gambling regulations, including AGCO and iGaming Ontario
• Review marketing campaigns and player communications for compliance
• Support AML and financial crime compliance processes and controls
• Identify and assess regulatory and operational compliance risks

📋 Requirements

• Regulated iGaming or sportsbook experience
• Canadian gambling regulations knowledge (AGCO, iGaming Ontario)
• Experience reviewing marketing and promotions from a compliance perspective
• Exposure to AML and financial crime compliance processes
