You'll be the go-to partner helping clients bring better healthcare benefits to life, from onboarding new groups to supporting their day-to-day needs. You'll ensure every client feels confident and informed, delivering a standout client experience with empathy and clarity. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide clients during onboarding to ensure timely program start.
• Answer client questions across phone, email, and chat within SLA.
• Resolve setup or configuration issues to ensure accurate program launches.
• Document best practices and refine ICHRA operations workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in customer service or operations.
• Familiarity with ICHRA and its regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
