You'll be the go-to partner helping clients bring better healthcare benefits to life, from onboarding new groups to supporting their day-to-day needs. You'll ensure every client feels confident and informed, delivering a standout client experience with empathy and clarity. This role offers a chance to make healthcare accessible for everyday workers at a rapidly growing health benefits platform.
π― What You'll Do
- Guide clients during onboarding to ensure timely program start.
- Answer client questions across phone, email, and chat within SLA.
- Resolve setup or configuration issues to ensure accurate program launches.
- Document best practices and refine ICHRA operations workflows.
π Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years in customer service or operations.
- Familiarity with ICHRA and its regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
