🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain daily presence to enforce security protocols
• Oversee contracted guard force performance
• Act as liaison for Fleet Operations, Facilities, EHS
• Conduct site security walks and compliance inspections
• Triage issues and communicate security trends

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of security experience in corporate or industrial environment
• Proven tactical leadership role (Shift Lead, Site Lead, Operations Coordinator)
• Hands-on incident response experience in fast-paced environment
• Ability to work onsite daily and travel within metro area

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in high-velocity logistics or tech-manufacturing
• Familiarity with multi-modal security challenges
• Proficiency in Access Control and VMS systems
• FEMA ICS-100, 200, 700, 800 training
