Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical field, ideally automation, or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to interpret user needs as technical specifications
• Proven collaboration with Engineering squads to deliver product vision
• Strong analytical mindset to break down complex needs and drive solutions
• Outstanding communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Partner with Solution Builders and end-user clients to understand requirements and obstacles for deploying, operating, maintaining, and debugging automation solutions
• Work with design and user research teams to create strategy for integrating user journeys into Intrinsic Platform tools
• Provide engineering teams with detailed requirement specifications and impactful storytelling
• Maintain rigorous focus on user throughout development
