Description

As a Home Health Aide with BAYADA, you will provide personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults stay safe and independent at home. You'll follow a written care plan to assist with bathing, grooming, meals, and mobility, while being supported by a dedicated team and flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• Passion for caregiving and desire to help others
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
• Ability to travel to clients' homes
• Previous home health care experience welcomed but not required
• Commitment to quality care and reliability

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Assist with ambulation and use of mechanical lifting devices
• Medication reminders
