🎯 What You'll Do

• Review ID, VOE, payment, and account details for loan accuracy
• Contact members via phone or email for additional information
• Process enrollment updates and resolve payment issues
• Document member interactions in account notes

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years customer service experience in banking or financial services
• Less than 1% error rate on funding quality scores for internal candidates
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
