You'll execute high-impact B2B events for a global cybersecurity leader at AI-powered conferences like RSA and Black Hat. Your work will directly drive pipeline and strengthen customer relationships through precision event logistics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support end-to-end execution of global events portfolio
• Coordinate logistics for booths, meetings, and hosted experiences
• Build and maintain project plans and timelines
• Track budgets, process POs, and reconcile invoices

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B event support experience
• Proficiency in event management tools (e.g., Cvent, Splash)
• Experience with Salesforce or Marketo
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Event Management

• Experience with AI tools for event planning
• Familiarity with Jifflenow or similar scheduling tools
