As Senior Director of AMER GTM Finance at Anaplan, you will partner with the AMER MD and senior leadership to drive growth and profitability through financial planning, analysis, and strategic insights. You'll lead the FP&A function, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and deliver data-driven recommendations to optimize resource allocation and sales productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA preferred
• 15+ years closely-related professional experience
• Leadership experience in FP&A within global SaaS/subscription business
• Clear vision for FP&A integrating people, process, and systems
• Experience operating at $1B+ revenue scale

Responsibilities

• Enhance FP&A by developing and retaining a high-performing team
• Act as primary strategic business partner to AMER MD and senior leadership
• Lead business performance management to provide insights and recommendations
• Deliver business predictability through accurate forecasting
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and actuals for Board, Executive Leadership, and Investors
