Requirements

  • 3+ years technical recruiting experience in startup or in-house environment
  • Proven success hiring for technical roles (software engineering, infrastructure, etc.)
  • Strong ability to partner with and influence engineering leaders
  • Solid understanding of technical roles and hiring landscapes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical talent
  • Own end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Deliver high-quality candidate experience and track recruiting metrics
