Requirements
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in startup or in-house environment
- Proven success hiring for technical roles (software engineering, infrastructure, etc.)
- Strong ability to partner with and influence engineering leaders
- Solid understanding of technical roles and hiring landscapes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical talent
- Own end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Deliver high-quality candidate experience and track recruiting metrics
