You'll handle inbound calls from members and providers, researching inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, and claims. You'll also educate members on using Centivo's tools and provide support to disrupt the healthcare system. This role offers paid training and a clear growth path.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Accept inbound calls on benefits, eligibility, and claims.
• Research complex inquiries using tools and outbound calls.
• Educate members on benefits and navigation of Centivo site.
• Document interactions and ensure follow-up actions are taken.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn proprietary computer systems.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

✨ Nice to Have

• Fast-paced call center experience.
• Previous claims or medical billing experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills.
