💼 About This Role

You'll lead cross-functional programs to build customer-facing technology and evolve our Large Geospatial Model. You'll oversee the entire program lifecycle from concept to delivery, working with engineering, research, and business teams. This role is at the forefront of geospatial AI, shaping how machines understand the physical world.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage complex cross-functional programs ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
• Establish and optimize program management processes and best practices
• Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to executive leadership
• Partner with engineering and research to define requirements, allocate resources, and mitigate risks

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management
• Proven track record managing machine learning or AI programs
• Deep understanding of SDLC and program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
• Experience using Agentic tools to optimize TPM effectiveness

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with geospatial data or mapping technologies
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
