🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle collection calls and correspondence in a fast-paced environment
• Reconcile customer disputes regarding outstanding balances
• Supervise credit/collections personnel in designated area
• Evaluate and execute bond and lien rights at project level

📋 Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in collections field
• At least 2 years in a related supervisory position
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with multiple technologies and automation systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate's degree or higher in Accounting or relevant field
• NACM CBA, CBF or CCE certification
• Experience in equipment rental industry
