💼 About This Role

You'll teach behavioral and communication skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting following treatment plans. Your impact will be helping kiddos reach developmental milestones through play-filled ABA therapy. MeBe offers paid training and RBT certification support to launch your career.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, and communication skills in 1:1 sessions
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record behavior data in Central Reach system
• Assist with lunch, bathroom, and diaper changes

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to frequently bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, run
• Must obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT certification preferred
• Background in child care, teaching, counseling, babysitting
• Bachelor's degree in Pediatrics or Human Development
