Description

You'll own the full-cycle recruitment process for sales roles, sourcing candidates through diverse channels, managing pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to build a world-class team. Your work directly supports expanding access to mental healthcare.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Work authorized in the United States
• Native or bilingual English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Create talent acquisition strategy for respective hiring managers
• Source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels and manage end-to-end recruitment
• Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Organize marketing campaigns on job boards and industry websites
• Maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and manage candidate pipeline
