💼 About This Role

You'll lead global payroll execution across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC with a hands-on focus on Canada and US payroll. You'll directly process payroll cycles, administer benefits, and ensure compliance to drive accuracy and efficiency. This role offers ownership of end-to-end payroll operations within an innovative SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing for Canada and US
• Manage global payroll cycles including EMEA, LATAM, and APAC
• Administer North American and international benefits programs
• Ensure compliance with regional payroll and benefits regulations

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of payroll experience including 3+ years as a lead or manager
• Hands-on experience processing Canada and US payroll
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Payroll certification (PCP, CPM, CPP or equivalent)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with global payroll in EMEA, LATAM, APAC
• Experience with payroll/HRIS systems like UKG, Workday, CloudPay, ADP
