💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's Market Operations team to maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance. You'll ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. Performance-based pay increases and growth opportunities set this role apart.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum all inventory regularly
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean record for past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
