You will guide the evolution of Helsing's global office footprint, ensuring physical spaces advance with company growth. You'll develop capacity models, inform real estate decisions, and apply AI workflows to optimize workplace planning across European offices.

Requirements

• Proven track record in workplace planning, workplace strategy, corporate real estate, or facilities planning
• Experience overseeing office expansions, relocations, or workplace transformations
• Excellent systematic and planning skills, with ability to translate business growth into workplace needs
• Experience collaborating across multiple office locations or global organizations
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Guide space transitions and develop seat/capacity planning models aligned with headcount growth
• Forecast workplace demand across locations, defining workplace standards and seating strategies
• Facilitate data-informed choices to support operational scaling
• Apply LLMs and AI-enabled workflows in corporate real estate context
• Coordinate real estate planning choices, such as lease renewals, expansions, or consolidations
• Develop occupancy metrics and dashboards to track workplace capacity
