You'll take full ownership of complex technical issues escalated from support teams, covering root cause analysis and resolution. You'll act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for urgency and driving escalations with Engineering and Product. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Own complex technical issue resolution from intake to closure.
- Diagnose ERP integration issues (NetSuite, SAP, etc.).
- Lead incident response and executive-level communication.
- Mentor junior engineers on troubleshooting methodologies.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in technical support or customer-facing technical roles.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Proven ability to manage high-touch customer escalations.
- Experience working in a global company environment.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with MongoDB and API integrations (Postman, REST).
- Familiarity with XML and JSON.
- Experience with Confluence documentation.
