- Monitor customer usage data and health indicators using CRM tools
- Action engagement strategies based on product adoption and usage
- Respond to customer escalations and assist when they reach out
- Collaborate with the team to achieve retention targets
π Requirements
- 2+ years experience in B2B software client-facing roles
- Experience handling large volume of customers or digital customer success strategies
- Strong conceptual aptitude and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent organizational skills and motivated to achieve results
