📋 Requirements

• 9-12 years in technical development with Java and Spring Boot.
• 5+ years providing technical leadership for high-performance teams.
• Strong experience in scaling and performance tuning of distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and cloud migration.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis/Aerospike, and AWS.
