You'll join a fast-moving engineering team working on the Valo eVTOL aircraft, shaping manufacturing processes for complex composite structures. You'll support aircraft build and commissioning, acting as deputy to your manager and driving continuous improvement. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce detailed process planning for aircraft build and commissioning
• Define manufacturing requirements for complex composite aircraft structures and systems
• Support concession activity and root cause analysis on shop floor
• Lead training for new Manufacturing Engineering team members

📋 Requirements

• Degree in engineering discipline or equivalent industry experience
• Proven experience in assembly and build of complex composite aircraft
• Strong understanding of manufacturing assembly principles with technical signatory capability
• Experience developing manufacturing processes and planning documentation

✨ Nice to Have

• Ability to raise planning and commissioning cards based on design intent
• Experience with CATIA and 3DEXPERIENCE
