Description

You will lead the Mission Engineering process for the US Army's NGC2 program, developing and maintaining a reference architecture for a next-gen distributed C2 system. Your work will define core services, align engineering investments to operational needs, and synchronize efforts across government and industry stakeholders to ensure mission success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 8 years of Systems Engineering experience on complex DoD or national security programs
• Familiarity with Systems Modeling tools and environments
• Experience designing and governing reference architectures for distributed, software-defined systems
• Expert ability in requirements elicitation, analysis, and management

Responsibilities

• Lead NGC2's Mission Engineering process, defining and managing mission-critical capabilities
• Develop and maintain the reference architecture for a next-gen distributed C2 system
• Translate operational imperatives into system requirements and define core services
• Synthesize input from diverse stakeholders to drive cross-organizational alignment
• Synchronize Systems Engineering efforts across government, industry, and internal teams
