🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of VIP clients
• Monitor user activity to increase retention and reactivation
• Provide personalized support based on customer behavior
• Handle inbound and outbound communications via email, chat, and phone

📋 Requirements

• VIP account management or customer success experience, ideally in iGaming
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
• Availability to work evening hours (18:00-02:00 Kyiv time, Monday-Friday)
• Analytical mindset to interpret customer behavior and data
