💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end bankruptcy and replevin operations for a chattel loan portfolio, moving accounts through default efficiently and maximizing recoveries. You'll build processes, manage legal vendors, and deliver measurable performance improvements in a remote-first fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute bankruptcy (Ch. 7, 11, 13) workflows from filing to resolution
• Manage replevin/legal recovery processes from referral to judgment
• Oversee legal vendors with performance expectations and SLAs
• Reduce cycle times from default to legal resolution
• Build and refine workflows, playbooks, and SOPs

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in default servicing with bankruptcy and legal recovery
• Strong knowledge of bankruptcy procedures and UCC Article 9
• Experience managing attorneys and legal vendors for performance
• Proven track record of improving timelines and recoveries
• Data-driven mindset for pipeline management
