You'll provide home health visits to adult and geriatric clients, performing diagnostic tests and developing individualized care plans. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you'll enable clients to receive care at home while enjoying career advancement opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements for mobility and strength.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative care.

📋 Requirements

• Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
• One year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from a program approved by APTA or CAAHEP.
