You will lead a team of field clinicians to deliver compassionate home health care, ensuring high standards and supporting caregiver success.

Requirements

• Active RN license in MO
• Minimum 3 years recent RN/LPN experience, preferably home care
• At least 1 year nursing management or pediatric nursing experience
• BSN/MSN preferred
• Trach/vent/tube experience in home health setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Educate clinical staff and oversee nurse residency program
• Lead field staff in client service and quality clinical care
• Visit clients in homes and supervise field clinicians
• Manage internal case management and evaluate field staff
• Assist with in-home client assessments and care planning
