💼 About This Role

You'll own the strategy, discovery, and delivery of data management and AI products at Energage, a purpose-driven company. You'll shape platform capabilities that enable prediction, guidance, and automation, partnering with Data Science on machine learning models for a multi-module product suite. This senior IC role has company-level impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define customer-facing AI-driven predictive experiences
• Own data rationalization and data management for analytics
• Partner with Data Science on ML model development and iteration
• Mentor other Product Managers and lead cross-team initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Deep experience building analytics-heavy products or data platforms
• Hands-on experience with machine learning models in production
• Proven partnership with Data Science on model development and iteration

• Experience delivering both customer-facing tools and platform capabilities
