You'll handle member inquiries for a healthcare organization, providing bilingual support in English and Spanish. You'll conduct outbound outreach and inbound calls to enroll members in Vida's program and resolve concerns.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound calls to members to explain program benefits
  • Take inbound calls for assessments, enrollment, and app navigation
  • Document all member interactions in the CRM system
  • Proactively resolve member concerns and escalate complex issues

📋 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal/written)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • CRM and ticketing system proficiency
