🎯 What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to members to explain program benefits
- Take inbound calls for assessments, enrollment, and app navigation
- Document all member interactions in the CRM system
- Proactively resolve member concerns and escalate complex issues
📋 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of customer service or call center experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal/written)
✨ Nice to Have
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Healthcare industry experience
- CRM and ticketing system proficiency
