You'll manage end-to-end collections across delinquency buckets for a lending portfolio. Your core impact will be driving resolution strategies, improving portfolio health, and leading large on-ground and tele-calling teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage collections across delinquency buckets 0-30, 31-60 days
• Design tele-calling strategies for soft delinquency buckets
• Ensure field discipline and legal escalation for high-risk cases
• Lead team of Collection Managers and vendor agencies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in collections management
• Proven leadership managing large teams of 50+ members
• Strong knowledge of RBI regulations and compliance
• Analytical skills with MIS and reporting expertise
