💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end engineering of complex OSP programs, from routing and feasibility through closeout. Your designs ensure NESC compliance and cost/schedule performance while mentoring junior engineers and driving quality improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce engineering plans, splicing diagrams, loss budgets, and BOMs for OSP builds
• Lead constructability reviews, value engineering, and route optimization
• Direct field surveys, ensure NESC compliance, and drive corrective actions
• Oversee permit packages and coordinate ROW/easements for approvals

📋 Requirements

• Extensive OSP engineering experience delivering complex multi-discipline projects
• Expert in work order engineering, loss budgets, splicing plans, and constructability
• Hands-on field measurement experience with deep knowledge of NESC and OSP standards
• Proven track record in permitting/ROW/joint use and pole attachment coordination
