Description

Lead a team of junior PMs and operators to build, launch, and scale initiatives that impact Coupang's pricing system and customer experience. You will work cross-functionally with Catalog, Product, Finance, and Brand Management to create scalable solutions and drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years in program/project/process management or business operations (e-commerce preferred)
• English speaking and writing skill are a must
• At least 2 years of people management experience

Responsibilities

• Create scalable and automated solutions for end-to-end program management
• Develop SOPs for manual management where automation is not possible
• Manage team (FTE and dispatch workers) and dive deep into issues to propose data-driven solutions
• Drive improvement in operational performance and lead expansion projects
• Communicate goals, roles, and success metrics to cross-functional project teams
